OK. So let me explain the Celebrity Of the Week (C.O.W. LOL!) So for celebrity of the week, I'll post the, well, celebrity of the week. I'll post a new winner every week (every Tuesday) You can vote too. But I'll start off this week. (OH, and if it's a tie, or no one votes, I'll pick). So try to vote on a Sunday or Monday. AND at the end of every month, the celebrity with the most votes will be that months winner. Then at the end of the year, the same. e.g. MAY: Kesha. e.g. 2011: Katy Perry.
